General Director of Rosseti Centre, PJSC Igor Makovskiy held a special meeting of the Operational Headquarters, where it was decided to expand the operational coverage of measures to protect power facilities and personnel to other branches of the company.
In total, since February 2022, 779 incidents (including 556 fire ones) have occurred in the power grid complex of Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga region, 286 (including 136 fire incidents) have already happened in 2023.
The head of the energy company heard reports on the operational situation, ensuring the safe operation of energy facilities, protecting the life and health of personnel, as well as reliable and uninterrupted power supply to consumers in the zone of production activities of border branches, as well as in the DPR, LPR, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions.
“The power grid complex continues to remain in the zone of increased terrorist and sabotage attention. Comprehensive security of power grid facilities and a well-considered consistent strategy to ensure reliable power supply to residents allow us to correctly adjust the algorithms of our work, always staying one step ahead in any situation,” Igor Makovskiy emphasized.
