IDGC of Centre has summed up the implementation of the 2013 investment program. The amount of its funding from the operational data was 17.619 billion rubles, which is 0.5% higher than the targets. Including, 8.771 billion rubles were spent on modernization and reconstruction, 8.287 billion rubles – on construction of new and expansion of existing facilities. At the same time, the new construction funding was nearly 7% higher than the annual plan.

As part of the investment program implementation, IDGC of Centre in 2013 completed a number of major projects. In the Yaroslavl region one of the most high-tech power facility of the region was commissioned - the 110 kV Substation "Novoselki". In the Kostroma region specialists of IDGC of Centre completed the realization of the largest in recent years investment project – the reconstruction of the 110 kV Conductor "Motordetal - Kostroma -1" and "Zavolzhskaya 1,2" with entries to the Substation "Central". In the Bryansk region a comprehensive reconstruction of the 110 kV Substation "Gorodischenskaya" was completed, which feeds consumers of Bezhitsky district in the Bryansk region, where there about 512,000 people and the largest enterprises in the region.

In total IDGC of Centre commissioned in 2013 1,375 MVA capacity that exceeds by 268 MVA over the planned value, and 5,853 kilometres of power lines, having overfulfilled the plan for this indicator by 710 kilometres. In 2014, the company will continue to implement the activities of the investment program aimed at improving operational efficiency, ensuring reliable operation of the grid complex in its service area; connection of new large customers, residential estates, and infrastructure facilities.
