On Wednesday, September 4 the Company’s management participated in the on-line conference on the portal Finam. ru on the results of the company for the first half of 2013 under IFRS and the approval of adjusted Business plan and Investment program for 2013. The Company regularly conducts online conference for shareholders, representatives of investment banks and funds, and private investors in order to increase transparency and maintain two-way dialogue with the investment community.
Deputy General Director for Corporate Governance of IDGC of Centre Olga Tkacheva, Acting Deputy General Director for Economy and Finance Anastasia Arinina, Acting Deputy General Director for Capital Construction and Investment Dmitry Sklyarov and IR Division Head Sergey Ternikov participated and answered questions at the conference on the part of IDGC of Centre.
Responding to questions from the audience, the Company’s management commented the results of the Company for the first six months of 2013, highlighted plans to pay dividends for 2013, announced details on the adjustment of the Investment program, and also expressed their opinion on the increase in electricity tariffs and the implementation of a social norm of electricity consumption. Particular emphasis was placed on improving operating efficiency and investment attractiveness of the Company.
As a result of the conference 24 questions were asked, all the questions were provided with answers, and the conference recorded more than 600 visits.
