On behalf of General Director of the energy companies Igor Makovskiy on the basis of the largest corporate training centre in the service area of Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Center and Volga Region, a seminar-meeting for directors of educational institutions was completed. Under the chairmanship of Deputy General Director for Organizational Issues of the Companies Alexander Egorychev, the results of the first quarter of the organizations’ work were summed up and key priorities were outlined until the end of 2021.
As noted during the meeting, the best results in terms of the number of trainees were demonstrated by the Ivanovo, Kirov, Tver and Tula training centres. In total, over 9,500 people underwent vocational training and retraining in 10 educational institutions in the 1st quarter, which is 25% higher than the planned indicators.
Among the priority tasks for the leadership of the Centres is the further increase in the number of educational programs, the modernization of the material base with a focus on practical training, the development of distance educational technologies.
“The technological base and highly professional teaching staff of the corporate training centres allow us to train qualified personnel who meet all the tasks facing the branches of our energy companies. At the same time, there is potential for further improving the quality of educational services and the intensity of the educational process,” stressed Alexander Egorychev, Deputy General Director for Organizational Issues at Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Center and Volga Region.
