Corporate Governance Rating

Rosseti Centre, PJSC has its corporate governance rating at 7 «Developed Corporate Governance Practice» assigned on the scale of the RID National Corporate Governance Rating

This rating is based on assessment of corporate governance practices of the company by 4 components: shareholders’ rights, the activities of management and control bodies, disclosure, corporate social responsibility and sustainable development.

NCGR 7 indicates that the Company follows a significant number of recommendations of the Russian Corporate Governance Code and sustainable development standards. The Company is characterized by rather low stakeholder risks associated with the quality of corporate governance and sustainable development management.

On 29 August 2023, NP RID confirmed the rating at the level NCGR 7 «Developed Corporate Governance Practice».
