The Company’s Board of Directors determines the size and procedure of payment of remuneration, bonus principles of Corporate Secretary, taking into account recommendations of the Personnel and Remuneration Committee.

General Director of the Company enters into an employment contract with a person whose candidacy is approved by the Company’s Board of Directors, on the terms and conditions determined by the Company’s Board of Directors.

Under the terms and conditions of the employment contract, Corporate Secretary of Rosseti Centre is paid a monthly remuneration in the amount of 40,000 rubles.

In connection with performance of the functions of Secretary of the Committees of the Board of Directors a remuneration is also paid for each meeting of the Committee, the equivalent of 0.5 monthly base wage rate on the day of a meeting of the Committee provided for in the Regulations on Payment of Remuneration and Compensation of the Committees of the Board of Directors.
