Athletes from Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga region are among the leaders in cross-country skiing among fuel and energy companies

The XI All-Russian personal and team competitions in cross-country skiing among companies of the fuel and energy complex, held with the support of the Government of the Russian Federation, were held in Moscow. Ten leading teams from the country’s energy sector took part in them: Gazprom Energoholding, Inter RAO, Rosatom, TGK-2, Rosseti Centre, Rosseti Centre and Volga region, Rosseti Moscow Region, Mosenergosbyt, Grid Company, TEK SPb.

The team of Rosseti Centre and Volga region won third place in the sports standings with 307 points and second place in the mass standings with 616 points. The team of Rosseti Centre took 8th and 6th place, respectively.

In the 5 km freestyle among women, our athletes won one first place, two second places and one third place. The gold medalist in the category of 1984-1980 was Natalia Zhiltsova (Rosseti Centre and Volga region); silver was taken by her teammates Ekaterina Bekhtereva, category of 1994-1990, and Liliya Pereturina, born in 1989-1985. The bronze medalist in the category of 1994-1990 was Tatyana Vorobyeva (Rosseti Centre and Volga region).

The best in the teams according to the results of individual standings were: Natalia Zhiltsova (Rosseti Centre and Volga region) and Mikhail Gerasimov (Rosseti Centre).
