A working meeting was held in Moscow between Governor of the Lipetsk Region Igor Artamonov and General Director of Rosseti Centre, PJSC - managing organization of Rosseti Centre and Volga region, PJSC Boris Ebzeev. The issues of the Lipetskenergo branch going through the autumn-winter period, consolidation of the region’s power grid assets and modernization of outdoor lighting systems were discussed. The participants noted the importance of working together to ensure reliable power supply and develop the region’s infrastructure.
Particular attention was paid to the work of the Lipetskenergo branch during the 2024/2025 peak load season. Thanks to the timely and complete maintenance and repair measures, the region’s electric grid complex is functioning stably, providing reliable power supply to more than 1.1 million people on an area of 24 thousand square kilometers. In 2024, the repair program was completed for the amount of RUB 529 million, the emergency reserve was fully completed. The number of technological failures decreased by 7%.
One of the key areas of work remains the consolidation of electric grid assets. The regional management has defined Rosseti Centre, PJSC as a systemically important territorial grid organization. Lipetskenergo’s share in the region’s gross revenue requirement at the beginning of 2025 was 96%. Boris Ebzeev noted that the company highly appreciates the trust placed by the authorities and is aware of the responsibility for improving the quality standards of electricity supply by all consolidated facilities.
“We see that cooperation with Rosseti Centre is yielding tangible results. The quality of electricity supply is improving, systematic work is underway to consolidate networks and modernize infrastructure. I am convinced that within the framework of the established cooperation, we will be able to find effective solutions for the development of the region and improving the quality of life of the population”, stressed Governor of the Lipetsk Region Igor Artamonov.

Thanks to this, the Program for Improving the Reliability of the Electric Grid Complex, developed on the principles of co-financing, will yield the maximum result. Together, we will ensure the development of energy infrastructure to fully meet the expectations of consumers in the region”, Boris Ebzeev emphasized.
