A working meeting was held in Moscow between Igor Makovskiy, General Director of Rosseti Centre, and Alexander Biryukov, Deputy Governor of the Orel Region — Head of the Orel Region Representative Office under the Government of the Russian Federation.
The meeting discussed issues related to the development of the region’s electric grid complex, projects aimed at increasing the reliability of power supply, and the implementation of initiatives related to the introduction of modern technologies. The mechanisms for further interaction between the company and regional authorities to promptly resolve pressing issues were considered.
Igor Makovskiy also reported that all activities of the Orelenergo branch’s production program aimed at the stable passage of the autumn-winter peak loads were completed on time and in full.
Alexander Biryukov expressed gratitude for the company’s contribution to the development of the Orel region’s energy sector, noting that enhancing the infrastructure helps improve the quality of life of the population and strengthen socio-economic stability.
“Our task is to ensure reliable power supply, actively develop the power grid infrastructure and connect new facilities to the grid, including enterprises of the agro-industrial complex, which play an important role in the economic growth of the region”, noted Igor Makovskiy.
