Auditor of the Company in 2022
On 17 June 2022, the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Rosseti Centre, PJSC approved the Association of Auditors (the collective participant) consisting of CATR - Audit Services LLC (the leader of the collective participant) (TIN 7709383532) (former Ernst & Young LLC) and JSC Audit Company "DELOVOY PROFILE" (TIN 7735073914) (the member of the collective participant) as the Auditor of the Company for 2022.
The Association of Auditors will audit the annual financial statements in accordance with RAS and the annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS for the year ending 31 December 2022.

The auditor’s candidacy was preliminary considered by the Audit Committee and recommended for approval by the Company’s Board of Directors. The candidacy of the Company’s auditor was selected as a result of an open one-stage tender without prequalification.
There is no affiliation of the Association of Auditors with employees and management of the Company.
Business relationships (participation in the promotion of products (services), participation in joint venture activities, etc.), contracts for services not related to auditing, as well as family ties with officials of the Association of Auditors and Rosseti Centre, PJSC are absent.
The payment for the auditor’s services for the audit of financial statements for 2022 prepared in accordance with RAS, and the audit of consolidated financial statements prepared in accordance with IFRS for the year ending 31 December 2022, was determined by the Board of Directors of the Company on 20.05.2022 (Minutes # 27/22) in the amount of 7,359,000.01 (seven million three hundred and fifty nine thousand) rubles 01 kopeck with VAT.
The Association of Auditors does not provide non-audit services to the Company.
