Remuneration of General Director is formed from a fixed component - salary in accordance with the terms of the employment contract and a variable component - remuneration paid based on the results of meeting key performance indicators and depending on the degree of KPI achievement for the reporting year (in 2020 - for the reporting quarter and year).
The remuneration of General Director - Chairman of the Management Board is indicated as part of the total remuneration of members of the Management Board.
