Remuneration of members of the Management Board

Members of the Management Board are employees, who in addition to the obligations stipulated in their employment contracts, are entrusted with exercising powers of a member of the collegial executive body of the Company – the Management Board - in accordance with the Articles of Association of the Company and the Regulation on the Management Board of the Company (Minutes of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders # 01/11 of 21.06.2011).

The employees exercising powers of the members of Management Board shall be paid monthly remuneration in the amount of RUB 15,830.00 (Fifteen thousand eight hundred and thirty) pursuant to the terms and conditions of the supplementary agreements to labour contracts.
