The top management of Rosseti Centre (hereinafter - the Company) declares that the Quality Policy is an expression of the principles and values arising from the mission, goals and vision of the Company.
Rosseti Centre is an interregional distribution grid company that provides services for transmission and distribution of electricity, connection of consumers (customers) to electric grids in 11 regions of Russia.
The top management of the Company considers the main priority of its activities to be the constant improvement of the quality of the services provided, understanding by quality the fulfillment of all established legislative and regulatory requirements in the implementation of grid connection, transmission and distribution of electrical energy in order to ensure satisfaction of the expectations of consumers (customers).
To implement this Quality Policy, the Company has established the following basic principles of activity:
definition and fulfillment of reasonable requirements of consumers (customers), carrying out constant monitoring of their expectations and satisfaction;
compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation and interested parties to ensure high-quality power supply to consumers, increasing the level of energy efficiency, maintenance of professional health, organization of safe work and protection of the environment;
ensuring reliable and uninterrupted power supply to bona fide consumers (customers) of the Company’s services;
distribution and regulation in a balanced way the responsibility and powers of the Company’s employees;
constant development of qualifications of employees, creation of a favourable social and production environment, involvement of each employee in activities aimed at achieving goals and continuous improvement of the Company’s activities;
managing the Company’s activities as a system of interconnected business processes, continuously improving them and increasing their effectiveness;
development and improvement of the Company’s infrastructure through implementation and use of modern technologies and equipment in automation of business processes, creation of a single information space, and ensuring the Company’s innovative development;
continuous improvement of the Company’s management system by using modern methods and management tools;
making management decisions based on continuous analysis of performance results;
striving for mutually beneficial and long-term relationships with the Company’s reliable partners;
providing risk-oriented management in the field of quality of services rendered and energy management;
ensuring the availability of information in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation in order to achieve goals and objectives in the field of quality of services rendered and energy management.
The top management of the Company undertakes to implement this Policy, to continuously improve the effectiveness of the quality management system, to ensure that the services rendered meet the justified requirements of consumers (customers) and stakeholders, legal and regulatory requirements, and the internal requirements of the Company based on the requirements of international standards of the ISO 9000 series.
