Alexander Bogomaz and Igor Makovskiy held a working meeting in Moscow

11 May 2023 Igor Makovskiy, General Director of Rosseti Centre, PJSC and Rosseti Centre and Volga region, PJSC, and Alexander Bogomaz, Governor of the Bryansk Region, discussed the results of the Bryansk branch passing the autumn-winter period, as well as measures to develop the power grid complex. Particular attention was paid to border Distribution Zones.

Igor Makovskiy noted that Bryanskenergo continues to operate under conditions of a special operating mode and high readiness to eliminate consequences of fire and terrorist attacks. Due to the increased number of facts of sabotage at power facilities, the Company is taking measures to strengthen the protection of the power grid infrastructure and operating personnel.

Despite the difficult situation in certain districts, the Bryansk power engineers are ready to implement projects in the field of additional services, including the modernization and construction of new outdoor lighting networks, as well as the creation of a comfortable urban environment.

“The power grid complex of the Bryansk border area is regularly exposed to fire. Despite this, we continue to fulfill our main task - to provide reliable energy supply in all districts of the region, and in close cooperation with the Government of the region we continue to develop the energy infrastructure,” stressed Igor Makovskiy.

“The government of the Bryansk region closely cooperates with Rosseti Centre. This work is aimed at supporting normal life, stable operation of enterprises and socially significant facilities. I hope that within the framework of a constructive partnership we will solve many ambitious tasks,” Governor Alexander Bogomaz emphasized.
