In the area of special attention of power engineers of Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga Region - 17 regions

Due to bad weather, a high alert mode was introduced in the Nizhny Novgorod region. Earlier, due to unfavourable weather conditions, power engineers were mobilized in the Bryansk, Belgorod, Vladimir, Voronezh, Ivanovo, Kostroma, Kursk, Lipetsk, Orel, Tambov, Kaluga, Ryazan, Smolensk, Tula, Yaroslavl and Tver regions.

At the moment, no technological violations have been recorded in the main grid. Employees of Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga Region promptly respond and eliminate local outages.

Please, be reminded that at 12-00 am General Director of the companies Igor Makovskiy held a headquarters meeting, where he set the task of the branches’ management to strengthen control over the response to possible technological violations in all Distribution Zones, to attract additional funds and forces for the prompt elimination of failures, including from neighbouring regions.

A total of 1,932 crews, 8,085 production personnel, 3,134 specialized vehicles are ready to perform possible emergency recovery works in all the regions where Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga Region are present. Also, if necessary, mobile diesel generator sets will be used to provide backup power supply to socially significant facilities.
