Igor Makovskiy, General Director of Rosseti Centre - the managing organization of Rosseti Centre and Volga Region, inspected the condition of bases of Distribution Zones, as well as the progress of repair work at Tverenergo’s facilities.
The head of the energy companies visited the Zubtsovsky workshop area, the bases of the Zapadnodvinsky Distribution Zone and Toropetsky Distribution Zone, the control centre of the Toropetsky Distribution Zone. General Director of Rosseti Centre headed the headquarters of the repair work and conducted a thorough analysis of actions of the branch’s crews and the involved forces and means to eliminate technological violations after the bad weather on 28 November. Igor Makovskiy took part in setting tasks for the crews before going to the site of work, monitoring actions in the framework of the work of the situational and analytical centre and summing up the results of the day. In addition, the head of the energy company inspected the condition of one of the power transmission lines passing through the territory of the Toropetsky district and gave instructions to clear routes along a number of sections to prevent future power outages.
Igor Makovskiy also held a meeting with the head of the Toropetsky district, Alexander Bryzh, during which the participants discussed how to increase the efficiency of interaction between the operational dispatching forces of the branch and the executive authorities of the municipality to respond to residents’ calls upon power outages. General Director of Rosseti Centre spoke about the program for the development of digital radio communications in the Toropetsky district. The advantage of this technology lies in the fact that it allows you to track movement of crews, provides departmental communications independent of cellular operators, coverage in hard-to-reach places and tracking location of forces and means, which capabilities are not available in mobile communications in emergency situations.
