Employees of IDGC of Centre - Kostromaenergo division jointly with representatives of the General Directorate of the EMERCOM of Russia for the Kostroma region, the State Inspectorate for Small Boats (GIMS) and the traffic police organized a self-care activity "Help yourself" for young visitors of the shopping and entertainment centre "Collage".
The event was held within the framework of the action "Safe childhood", its goal is to teach children the rules of safe conduct, who currently do not rest in the countryside and health camps.
Right in the centre of the shopping complex, the organizers of the event launched four training points: "Electrical safety", "Safety on the water", "Fire safety" and "Safety on the road". At the first point, Kostromaenergo’s specialists acquainted the children with the rules of conduct near operating electrical installations, warned of the danger that electric current contained in them, showed warning signs and posters. At the second one - "Safety on the water" representatives of the GIMS told the children about the rules of behaviour on the water. At the point "Fire safety", the EMERCOM’s staff taught the children how to use fire extinguishers correctly, and the traffic police inspectors checked the children’s knowledge of safety on the road.
This is the second class of the project "Help yourself". The first was held the day before on the territory of the clothing market "Sunny", it was attended by about 30 children. Such events will take place in places of mass presence of children until the end of August.
