More than three and a half thousand employees of IDGC of Centre received professional training in the first quarter

IDGC of Centre summed up the results of the professional training of personnel for the 1st quarter of 2018. A total of 3,614 employees of the enterprise received new knowledge and skills in the framework of various forms of training in specialized educational institutions, about 96% of the total number of trained (3,465 people) - representatives of production specialties.

Nine employees received higher and secondary vocational education. 2,344 employees were trained and retrained, and 1,251 energy specialists were trained at refresher courses.

The concept of professional training of IDGC of Centre’s staff assumes continuous training of all categories of specialists. The result of this approach is, in particular, the growth in the number of employees with higher education. Currently, the company employs more than thirteen thousand specialists with higher education, which is 43.6% of the number of staff. 1,139 employees have two or more diplomas on graduation, 39 are candidates of sciences, 2 - doctors of sciences.
