Specialists of IDGC of Centre are ready to work in conditions of bad weather

According to Hydrometcentre of Russia, in the near future in some regions of Central Russia, deterioration of weather conditions is predicted: precipitation in the form of snow and wet snow, ice, sticking of wet snow.

In particular, bad weather will affect the Belgorod, Bryansk, Voronezh, Kursk, Orel regions, located in the service area of IDGC of Centre. At the moment, the company’s specialists are working in the mode of ultimate mobilization and are ready to eliminate consequences of possible technological violations.

In the regions there is a special control over operation of power facilities. An information exchange has been organized with the territorial subdivisions of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and executive authorities. First responding and repair personnel have been mobilized. All crews are equipped with necessary tools, adaptations, overalls, are provided with off-road specialized vehicles, are prepared for round-the-clock operation in any conditions.

Also, at the disposal of IDGC of Centre’s branches there are reserve sources of power supply, which, if necessary, can be used for temporary power supply, primarily to socially important facilities of the regions.
