Tverenergo asks residents to report power outages

In the Tver region, work is continuing to restore the regular scheme of electricity supply to consumers.

At the moment, specialists of IDGC of Centre - Tverenergo division are restoring power supply to consumers in the low-voltage 0.4 kV network. This work being is carried out at the request of consumers, therefore, the power company asks residents to report power outages via the hotline phones at 8-800-50-50-115 or short number 13-50 (for landlines), or by phone + 7915-38-000-38 in Telegram and Viber.

Despite the fact that the electricity supply to consumers in the main and distribution grids was restored last night, a strong snowstorm that lasted all night from 24 December to 25 December provoked repeated technological failures in Toropetsky, Zapadnodvinsky, Andreapolsky, Ostashkovsky districts of the region. There are local controlled power outages in a number of other municipalities in the Tver region.

Tverenergo continues to work in a special operating mode. The grouping of forces and means of IDGC of Centre has been strengthened in the region. Crews of the Yaroslavl, Smolensk, Kursk, Voronezh and other branches of the company have arrived to help the Tver power engineers. Currently, in the Tver region there are 78 crews of power engineers with 234 employees. If the weather conditions do not improve, the Tver branch of IDGC of Centre will consider the issue of strengthening the forces and means to work in the New Year holidays.
