An engineer of the 1st category of the perspective development office of IDGC of Centre - Tambovenergo division Dmitry Sdvizhkov became a participant of the Foresight Camp-2017, which was held in the Tambov region as part of the Foresight-navigation project of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI). The organizer of the event, which brought together more than 200 participants from 16 regions, was the administration of the Tambov region jointly with ASI.
Dmitry Sdvizhkov is a graduate of the School of Governor’s Reserve in the Tambov region, he participated in the Foresight Camp-2017 at the invitation of the regional administration. The agenda of the session was determined on the basis of the agrarian specificity of the region: designing the future economy in the field of food security. Participants, breaking up into nine teams, worked on projects of various topical issues. Dmitry, along with other young professionals - entrepreneurs, managers, scientists - was engaged in the development of the project "Unmanned production". His main idea is the creation in the Tambov region of the Centre of Innovative Technologies, the basis of which will be the automation and robotization of all production processes with increased energy consumption. In particular, it is assumed that the Centre will engage in the introduction of such agriculture technologies as self-propelled spraying robots, climatic chambers, phytotrons, smart greenhouses, robotic farms.
The "roadmap" for the implementation of the project, proposed by Dmitry and his colleagues, was highly appreciated by the expert council "Foresight Camp-2017" under the leadership of the first deputy head of the regional administration Alexander Ganov. The project of the young specialists was recognized as promising and is expected to be included in the relevant section of the Strategy for Social and Economic Development of the Tambov Region for the period up to 2035.
Foresight is a social technology, a communication format that allows participants to agree on the desired image of the future and the corresponding actions in its context. The Foresight-navigation activities have been conducted by the Agency for Strategic Initiatives since 2012. Their goal is to jointly design road maps for sectoral and territorial development, develop competencies for strategic vision in the business environment, and create a personnel reserve for public administration and the real sector of the economy.
Teams of 40 Russian regions fought for the right of the "Foresight Camp-2017", which included representatives of government bodies, business, educational and scientific institutions. As a result, eight subjects, including the Tambov region, obtained this right.
