IDGC of Centre, PJSC summed up the work on interaction with shareholders and investors in 2016. During this period the company implemented a set of consistent measures aimed at ensuring the continued policy of maximum transparency and strengthening trust relationships with existing and potential partners.

IDGC of Centre was actively involved in the activities with the participation of representatives of the investment community. So, in April 2016, the Company’s management held a meeting with analysts, banks and investment companies, dedicated to IFRS statements in 2015 and guidance for 2016. In August 2016, it organized and successfully held a field event – the Investor’s and Analyst’s Day in Belgorod, dedicated to release of RAS statements for the 1st half of 2016. The event was well received by the participants, whose increased interest was in renewable energy facilities - wind turbines, solar panels and a biogas plant, which is connected to the grid of IDGC of Centre and are the first facilities for generation of alternative energy in the Belgorod region.

Significant efforts of IDGC of Centre’s IR Division in 2016 were aimed at increasing the liquidity of the company’s shares, including using services of a market - maker. As a result, the volume of shares traded on Moscow Exchange (Main Mode T+) in pieces was 23% of the total number of shares (9% in 2015), while the trading volume in rubles appeared the highest among all distribution grid companies. According to the index committee of Moscow Exchange the company’s free-float was at 34% throughout the year.

Work was continued to improve the corporate website, which serves as the main information resource for placement of up-to-date, accurate and useful information for shareholders, investors and analysts. In December 2016, the IR-section of IDGC of Centre’s website finished second among all participants of the debut Contest of IR-sections of corporate websites, organized by NP "ARFI" and EQS GROUP, and was the best among the companies of the electricity sector. This award shows that one of the priorities of the company is targeting to increase the level of communication with shareholders and investors, disclosure and transparency. The company will continue to further improve the information content and ease of the website, meeting the highest standards of corporate governance.

The results of the perception study, conducted in December 2016, show the high quality of work of IDGC of Centre’s IR Division for interaction with shareholders and investors. In general, respondents highly evaluated IDGC of Centre’s disclosure policy in comparison with peers. According to most of the respondents, the main strengths of the company are still transparency, a high level of corporate governance and disclosure quality. Such strengths of IDGC of Centre were also marked as the management’s desire to continue communicating with the investment community and the overall operation of the IR Division. The total aggregate score, which the respondents evaluated the work of the IR Team, is 9.49 out of 10, higher than the previous year (9.22 out of 10).

The company will continue following the planned course to improve the investment case and disclosure.
