Winners of the third festival of KVN of IDGC of Centre determined

22 November 2016

Kostroma hosted the third festival of KVN of IDGC of Centre. 11 teams of the company’s branches competed for the title of the most cheerful and resourceful on the stage of the Kostroma State Philharmonic. Their performances were evaluated by the jury, composed of representatives of IDGC of Centre’s management, honoured workers of culture and art of the Kostroma region. The best performers were determined on the basis of three contests: greeting, captains’ contest and musical homework.

Given the venue of the festival, many teams came to it, armed with jokes about Kostroma. Thus, representatives of the team of Orelenergo played up Kostroma place names (such as, for example, Frying Pan - the city’s main square) and fantasized on the subject of the visit of "Inspector" Flying Elena to one of the local nightclubs. Their colleagues from Yaroslavl paid attention to the state of the roads, as well as the main brand in the region - Ivan Susanin.

KVN performers also joked on the topic of their work: their characters were employees of the Customer Service Centre, electricians. And there was also original "homework": "Cinderella in a new way" from Belgorod performers, Yaroslavl fantasy on the theme of the visit of the President of Russia to Kostroma, dreams of power engineers voiced by Kursk colleagues. All this once again confirmed: "positively charged" people work at IDGC of Centre.

Not surprisingly, serious struggle in the competition was for the victory. After the first stage Kostromaenergo’s team was in the lead, colleagues from Yaroslavl were quite a bit behind. In the second stage the best were Belgorod performers. The winner of the festival was decided only on the basis of the homework - it was the team of Kostromaenergo. Second place went to the team of the Yaroslavl branch and the third to their Belgorod colleagues.

"The festival was interesting, all the teams had a good sense of humour, the ability to subtly and originally joke. Such events contribute to the formation in the team of corporate spirit, a positive attitude. All of this ultimately helps our staff solve the most complicated production tasks," stressed, summing up the festival, Deputy General Director for Human Resources Management and Organizational Design of IDGC of Centre Inna Gromova.
