Specialists of IDGC of Centre’s branches were trained in operating process control systems

Training of electricians and engineers of IDGC of Centre completed in Kostroma. 18 specialists from the Tambov, Yaroslavl and Kostroma branches of the company were trained under the program "Fundamentals of operation of the microprocessor hardware and system software of the telemechanical complex KOMPAS TM 2.0" in the laboratory of automated process control systems in the electric power industry, operating on the site of the automation and microprocessor technology department of Kostroma State University. The laboratory was created with the direct participation of Kostromaenergo and is equipped with devices of relay protection and automation of recent modifications, means of supervisory control, AMR.

The training course, designed for 40 hours, was conducted by representatives of the complex KOMPAS TM 2.0 developer-company. It included setting up and operation of a modern microprocessor complex for data collection and transmission, and an in-depth workshop on a special set workbench, as well as study of occupational health and safety at power plants.

The training of the personnel of IDGC of Centre on the basics of operation of the microprocessor hardware and system software were held on the site of the Kostroma branch already for the third time. In total for this time more than 40 specialists from Kostroma, Moscow, Tambov, Tver and Yaroslavl had their training there.
