At the initiative of IDGC of Centre sections "Electrical Safety and Energy Efficiency" were created on sites of schools of the Bryansk region

The decision on the placement of materials on electrical safety and energy saving on sites of educational institutions of the region was made in the framework of the signed cooperation agreement by IDGC of Centre - Bryanskenergo division and the Education Department of the Bryansk region in 2014. The power engineers handed themed posters, cartoons, videos and other visual information materials to experts of the Department, which formed the basis of new sections of school online resources. There are links to materials for electrical safety, posted on the site IDGC of Centre. Teachers use this information to conduct lessons on electrical safety and energy efficiency.

IDGC of Centre works hard to prevent children’s electrical injuries and promote energy-saving lifestyle in all regions of its service area (11 subjects of the Central Federal District). Employees of the company’s branches organize in educational institutions thematic lessons, introducing schoolchildren to the rules of safe behaviour near power facilities and use of electrical appliances, ways of rational use of energy resources. Similar classes are held during summer holidays in the countryside camps and camps organized in schools. In addition, the power engineers perform regularly organized thematic contests and campaigns, which invariably cause a great interest with children and adolescents.
