The primary trade union organization of the executive office of IDGC of Centre intensified its work

The primary trade union organization of the executive office of IDGC of Centre summed up the work for the second half of 2015. The number of members of the trade union organization in this time increased by 10% and amounted to 155 people.

During the reporting period the trade union paid much attention to recreation and health of employees. The range of activities was significantly expanded to offer for participation, including cultural and recreational visit of employees of the executive office to the Republic of Crimea, organization of participation of the football team of the executive office in the Cup of Victory mini-soccer tournament in honour of the 70th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War, for volleyball and football cups of the fuel and energy industry.

Organization and carrying out of trade union activities on corporate sport fishing is of particular attention. The competition was devoted to the closure of the fishing season in 2015 on the open water, which was attended by employees of the company together with their family members. The event was held in Moscow on the fishing site "The Silver Cup".

To strengthen the corporate traditions, maintain positive working environment and favourable communicative climate in the team the primary trade union organization of the executive office of IDGC of Centre also hosts cultural events. For the six-month period the union members and their children celebrated the Children’s Day in the circus on Tsvetnoy Bulvar, visited the exhibition MAKS 2015 air show, a parade of military orchestras "Spasskaya Tower", a rock opera "Juno and Avos" in the Variety Theatre and the Kremlin Armoury.

In the near future with the support of the trade union organization of IDGC of Centre a table tennis tournament will be held for staff.

According to the chairman of the primary trade union organization of the executive office of IDGC of Centre Oleg Makarov: "Our union strives to ensure that employees are united not only by profession, but also leisure. We are sure if the team is involved in the life of an employee, it gives him or her a sense of comfort and confidence both in their abilities and in the activities of the enterprise."

Advisor to General Director - Chairman of the primary trade union organization of IDGC of Centre Victor Ablezgov praised the work of the new chairman of the primary trade union organization of the executive office of IDGC of Centre Oleg Makarov and noted that the new head quickly got involved in the work and for a short period of time managed to demonstrate concrete results.
