General Director of JSC “Energy Service Company” (a 100% subsidiary of IDGC of Centre) Mark Slonimsky elected a member of the Management Board of Non-Profit Partnership “The Union of Energy Auditors and Energy Service Companies”.
The partnership was established March 5, 2010. In accordance with the decision of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation the Union of Energy Auditors and Energy Service Companies was entered in the register of self-regulatory organizations in the area of energy audit. The main objective of the Partnership’s activity is to follow the provisions of the Federal Law “On Energy Saving and Energy Efficiency Improvement”, which requires state agencies, as well as a number of commercial organizations, to obtain energy certificates.
Making an energy certificate implies a complete energy audit and development of a package of measures to improve energy efficiency of an enterprise. It is this task implementation at distribution grid companies that was set as a priority for members of the Partnership.
