Management of IDGC of Centre took part in UniCredit VIII Annual Emerging European Investment Conference

On September, 07-08 the UniCredit VIII Annual Emerging European Investment Conference took place in London. As part of the conference top management of IDGC of Centre held a serious of one-on-one meetings with representatives of investment companies, banks and funds. More than 140 representatives of invesment community — analysts and portfolio managers, more than 40 companies from Russia, Eastern Europe countries, Turkey and Kazakhstan.

General Director Dmitry Gudzhoyan, Deputy General Director on economy and finance Konstantin Orlov and Head of IR Department Tatiana Miroshnichenko participated in the event on the part of IDGC of Centre.

Representatives of major foreign and Russian investment funds, private investors participated in one-on-one meetings on the part of investment community. The company’s management informed the participants with the results of 2010, 1H2011 and IFRS financial statements data, and also commented on the plans for 2011 and strategic priorities till 2015.

Dmitry Gudzhoyan emphasized, that the key priorities in the shortterm period are to consolidate of power grid assets, that will allow to improve the indicators of safety and reliability, to reduce the tariff for final consumers and to increase company’s market share in the operating region of IDGC of Centre. Also the improving of operating activities, including reducing of administrative costs, innovative projects implementation and reducing commercial losses as part of implementation of accounting systems have been highlighted.

General Director spoke in details about the new direction of activity as part of improving the energy saving and energy efficiency on the basis of subsidiary of IDGC of Centre — Energy Service Company, JSC, which would provide the wide spector of commercial and energy services for the consumers of IDGC of Centre.

Representatives of invesrment community has show the great interest in the results of current operating activities and strategic goals of IDGC of Centre, positively valued the results of 2010, the financial results of 1H2011 and strategic initiatives of management.
